Doctors familiar with Celiac Disease

We are trying to compile a list of doctors in Wichita and the surrounding areas that are familiar with the disease. If you know of a doctor that would be a good addition to the list please email us at WichitaCSA@yahoo.com. Please include the following information (if known):

Name
Phone #
Specialty (General Practice, Pediatrics, GI, etc)
Affiliation (Wichita Clinic, Wesley, etc)

Some of the most frequent questions we've been getting have been which doctors in Wichita are familiar with the disease and which ones do the different tests. Any information we can get would be appreciated.

Gluten Free Food Reviews

2008 planning meeting and tidbits

We met Saturday October 20, 2007 and had a very productive meeting. We got all the 2008 meetings and CEOs planned (tentatively) and we were able to come up with some ideas for the 2008 newsletters as well.

The 2008 meetings will be in March, June, September and December.
2008 CEOs will be in April, July and October.

As soon as the dates are firmed up I'll add them to the Dates to Remember section (look on the right of this page). If there is anything you would like to see on the blog or a question you would like answered, email me at the chapter email address. Be sure to put CELIAC in the subject.

We have a couple ideas for Celiac Awareness Month next year. If you have an idea you would like to share please email.

Also, the National CSA has added a link to our blog under our chapter's info on their website.
