- Welcome to our blog site. We are the Wichita chapter of the Celiac Sprue Association. We meet about once per quarter (approx. 4 times per year). Sometimes we have speakers, sometimes not. We usually have a theme for the food to bring. Everyone brings something gluten-free for the others to try. The recipe is usually supplied and used in the next newsletter. We also eat out together. A group of us will get together and go eat at a local restaurant. These CEO's (Celiacs Eating Out) are also about 4 times per year.

Do you guys have any information about Hog Wild? I have eaten there with success since they have said the sauce is gluten free, however, when I check the ingredients it says: Modified foodstarch. Are we sure this isn't wheat??
In an article from the National CSA it stated that most Modified Food Starch in the US is corn starch. Other than that we would probably need to double check with Hog Wild. I haven't had any problems there either.
