- Welcome to our blog site. We are the Wichita chapter of the Celiac Sprue Association. We meet about once per quarter (approx. 4 times per year). Sometimes we have speakers, sometimes not. We usually have a theme for the food to bring. Everyone brings something gluten-free for the others to try. The recipe is usually supplied and used in the next newsletter. We also eat out together. A group of us will get together and go eat at a local restaurant. These CEO's (Celiacs Eating Out) are also about 4 times per year.

Don't forget when you go to Jimmy John's to make sure they use the packets of mayo instead the of great big vat of mayo that touches bread!
