Celiac Booth at GreenAcres Market

A wide selection of gluten-free food is available at GreenAcres Market, 8141 E 21st, as well as frequent classes and demonstrations on various kinds of healthy eating. On Saturday October 15, they are sponsoring a special gluten free day and have offered the Wichita celiac chapter a booth. If you are willing to help answer questions and give out information for one hour between 11a and 3p, please contact Gayle Cloud (788-2531, takncare4@yahoo.com) for more information and to specify which hour you might prefer.
